Rod has to jump on a flight to France so he called an audible for Chris to handle his Memorial day cook. This highlights your need for a BBQ friend you know and trust. Tips

  1. Reverse Sear the Tomahawk Steak
    1. Regular Grill blazing hot
    2. Wipe the grates with a lightly oiled paper towel
    3. You can rest the meat or not.  I am 50:50 but often go directly to grill without resting 
  2. Use an outdoor griddle like the Blackstone
    1. Lay down butter on the griddle and sear in that go quick
  3. Cast Iron Skillet for the reverse sear
