Having owned many different types of smokers and hosted many BBQ events, it has become natural for Chris to share his experience to help the next backyard BBQ pit master improve their cooks.

Rod has a passion for food. He started BBQ 20 years ago with a kettle smoker and his friend of now of 43 years Chris. Working in technology has allowed Rod to travel to all 50 US states and numerous countries around the globe. You learn to develop an appreciation for all foods and various preparations. While the early days of learning BBQ was a rough road a wiser man has learned how to harness technology to make outstanding BBQ.
