Maybe pulled pork for a BBQ person is a right of passage.  It is the most forgiving cut of meat.  We talk about cooking techniques and should you use a butt or shoulder.

Tips

  1. Inject the pork shoulder / butt.  Apple juice is a nice option
  2. Wrap the pork shoulder 170
  3. Oil Separator
  4. Get a decent spray bottle 50:50 Apple Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar
  5. It is ok to finish it in the oven
