Tips
- Reverse Sear the Tomahawk Steak
- Regular Grill blazing hot
- Wipe the grates with a lightly oiled paper towel
- You can rest the meat or not. I am 50:50 but often go directly to grill without resting
- Use an outdoor griddle like the Blackstone
- Lay down butter on the griddle and sear in that go quick
- Cast Iron Skillet for the reverse sear
